General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Difficulty in getting erection and testicle pain or soreness could be caused due to inflammation or infection related to testis and epididymis.

You need to be evaluated clinically by clinical examination by a Surgeon and managed appropriately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
